1980 honda atc 185 exhaust question

okay for some reason i cant make posts in the other section but to the point. my 185 runs great starts right up dont use a drop of oil or smoke at all but it dont seem to be getting all of its power. like ity wont even get a 2nd gear wheelie, it has a harley slip on muffler i was wondering if maybe it was letting out to much back preasure and losing power? any ideas?

Is your throttle opening up all of the way?

I put a brand new carb on it not a chinese one but a cheap Japan one. And ever since at a idle if u open it wide open it just bogs out. Other then that it runs and rides good. If I do need bigger jets what size?

If it boggs and tries to die, that is an indication that it is too rich What color is your spark plug?
