    83 250r swingarm pivot bearings

The swingarm pivot needle bearings are shot on my 250r and I had a hell of a time pounding everything out of the swingarm. It seems they are nla from Honda, all you can get is the dust seals and end caps.

I did see some threads for Plastic bushings on here but it seems the guy who made them doesn't anymore.
Does anyone else make these? or can someone that has a set give me the dimensions so I can get some made?

I wish I had the time and dimensions for you to make them up or just give you the info. I'm just far too busy......

The bushing has to be a press O.D. fit and a smooth 14/15 mm reamed hole (I forget the size) to pivot on. As well as the side to side dimension and overall length.

I use Delrin or UHMW for bushings, although they will never be as smooth as OEM greased needles. They are nearly indestructible though........

If you have a machinist friend, they can do the math and figure it out.

The best I could measure was 15mm I.D. and 35mm O.D. but I'm not sure what exactly the flange measurement should be. The length I don't think is as critical.
