haha seems every chevy with a small block has a vette engine. as far as your question the 75-81 are not that desireable and not really worth putting money into unless it;s for yourself. even at 2500 you could have 8-9k into it before you know it and only be able to get 5k out of it if you were to sell it

Tell him to keep the motor and tranny, and cut the price down. Put the motor and tranny out of an auto early 2000ish silverado (327?). Enjoy reliability, kick ass mpg, and surprisingly awesome quarter mile times.

Autos aren't as fun, but the way they roll on the power in high hp apps so easily can be a little addicting.

Only in my dreams. I think the late 70s z28's are one of the sexiest cars ever made. I MUCH prefer the looks to an older split bumper. There's one around me for sale, 455, blacked out body, lights, and windows, but still has the chrome trim around the windows are shiny wheels. I'd kill.
This is my trike. There are many like it but this one is mine. My trike is my best friend, and it is my life. I must master it as I must master myself. My trike without me is useless. Without my trike, I am useless. I must ride my trike true. My trike and I know that what counts is not the amount of miles we ride, but the time we ride together. My trike is human in it's own ways, therefore I will learn it as my brother. I will learn it's weaknesses, it's strengths, it's parts, and it's soul.

I have owned two, a 79 and 81. The 79 had a mild 454, would throw itself sideways at 30 mph. The 81 was a real turd. I like the styling but both cars started to rot in the rear floor pan and rear frame rails. Northeast Ohio is not kind to automobiles. If I found one for the right price I would buy it.
