just wondering if any of you guys know what the original front tire was from an 82 klt250a. the one on mine is a goodyear 22x11.00 R8NHS compass sport terra-tire.guy i got it from said he was not sure if that tire was ever replaced.

I thought you were talking rear.. front tire according to kawasaki.com is a 22x11x8 82-85 klt250 used the same tire and the 84 klt110
Looking at pics of 3w3w3w's restored KLT's they look to be Carlisle tires.

I believe the goodyear IS the original tire. The KLT 200 I picked up a couple years ago had all 3 goodyear knobbies, they look a lot like carlisle knobbie. I purchased my KLT from the original owner, and he said everything was original. --- Jon.
