Lightbulb I wanna see where and how you mounted your Reg. plate on your trike!

Just got mine registered today! For now I just have hanging off the back of the frame with tywraps. I would like to see where and how some of you have displayed yours on your trike. Maybe one of you fabrication guys could make my idea come to life? I was thinking for my BR if you had handlebar clamp halves and and made a plate "holder" you could mount it to the rear frame where mine is hanging. It would be a fairly solid mount and also be removable! Anyway here's mine now show me yours.

Here's my '84 BR and '85 R...Kinda hard to see on the R, but mine is zip-tied to the tail light mount (loosely to let it move around a bit)

Thanks ride-red! Is that how most people mount then? With zip ties? Nothing wrong with that, as you can see that's how mine's mounted. Anyone do anything different? Looking for ideas.

Well, that's how I mount mine. I try to leave them a little loose when mounted under the tail light. My Quadsport has a mounting bracket under the tail light and I learned real quick that having the plate mounted rigid will get it bent up in a hurry if the suspension is compressed nearly all the way.. Leaving it mounted so it can move around allows it do do just that and avoid getting bent all to heck, and possibly lost.
