Ebay, Craigslist, and a lot of luck.. Make a WTB ad in the classifieds.. The 83-85 200x are around, I would think that the 86-87 would be a little harder to come by. Unless they are the same as another model. Make an ebay search, check Maier on Ebay you may luck onto one someone doesn't know what it fits..
Throw down for a cheap used dirtbike set that looks like it may fit.. like this one.. to see if it will fit..

edit: right side disc narrows things down.. If the 83-85 200x guards will fit the 86 then the 83-84 atc250r will fit as well
