I'm having the same problem with my 250sx. Have you look at your carb. Mine was so dirty from the gas tank gunk. I cleaned and painted the gas tank inside, new lines and rebuilt the carb with a kit. Not sure if the kit was the way to go because I'm still having problems. Ebay has new carbs for about $120. Carb kits for $15.
