man, its beutiful!!! the gold plated pipe, DG head, new Douglas wheels, it is a stunning machine. Tonite, I decided to try to remove some of the wiring harness since I will not be using the lights, but a dead man switch like the Tiger. Believe it or not, I figured it out and it works!! sparks when connected, pull the plug, no spark. Its almost a miracle. Now to figure out the routing of the remaining harness..... I wanted to post a pic, but its late, gotta work in the AM. I will take some pics tomorrow or mabey roll it outside on Sunday and snap a few. I think it will look good in the Red, White, and Blue colors. The only Gold is the head, really, and chain. The pipe, footpegs, kicker, and other misc. parts are Nickel plated, kind of chrome-slightly goldish. To really chrome it, all the parts would have had to be polished super smooth, and I really had no stomach for that!
