Sue the Ice. Then sue yourself. Someone know a good lawyer ?

My worst accident. 1986 Honda 250 SX scaling rocks up steep goat path. Rear tires spider tracs were wet. Gained traction as rear tires spinning dry on rocks and could not get the front end down. Threw the SX off of me and she bounced like a beach ball down rock cliff about 200 feet. Not one scratch to me or the trike. Headlight guard took the hardest blow and saved the bike. 2nd accident. 1986 Honda 350X. Moto X guy on a kawi getting way too close to me getting me pissed off he got behind me too close. His foot peg caught the tread on my rear tire which sent his bike flying about 10 feet straight up like he was shot out of a canon. No damage to the ATC Moto X guy was face down in the dirt. Asked if he was ok then told him to back the F off.

I was climbing a hill on my 250sx and got sideways. Somehow, either I put my foot down, or it slipped off the peg onto the ground, but the bike continued it's forward progress rolling over my foot and leg pulling me off the bike. This resulted in a severely sprained ankle(I think I tore something in there, but never had it looked at), torn jeans, and bruised pride. The trike sustained no damage.

Another time I was loading my 250sx into the back of my lifted truck. My makeshift ramps made for a steep angle and I gave it a little too much gas causing the bike to flip backwards. I landed on my back with the SX on top of me, but was somehow able to keep it from crushing me. I walked away a little sore, but otherwise unscathed. The trike was undamaged.

Fell down a 70 foot cliff. Saw the edge, tried to avoid, couldn't, tried to ride straight down made it 1/2 way down hit some rocks, flipped tumbled hit my head. Thank you gear, never without.

Even though i only have foot rear brakes, brand new perfect hand brakes would have done nothing, cliff was too steep and too filled with 2 foot rocks.

The worst I had was this summer..350X bucked me off going over a large mound at a gravel pit...same one I've climbed 1000 times...all I remember was going up the one side then laying on my back with all my buddies around me..knocked me out cold...goggles blew up..cut my face under my left eye...7 stitches..bent both forks...blew the front tire off the bead...landed back on all 3... cracked my helmet. Glad I had it on, or I'd be dead or paralyzed. Not real sure how or what happened. There is a vid from the guy following me, but I can't find it..

My worst accident was this summer on my 350x. I was cruising newtonville trails alone( i know, stupid ). Was going about 70-80 on a nice smooth trail about 45 minutes from the truck.
All of a sudden, BOOM!, front tire fell through 2 inches of dirt and revealed a washout underneath the trail, went flying over the handlebars, x flipped about....
8 times ( my guess ). I was thrown over 15 feet, and so was the bike. It was ontop of me when we stopped...
Surprisingly, i was fine, not even a scratch. The 350x took some damage to the headlight and front fender, but that was it!
My frame is still good and straight, as well as my forks.

i never flipped yet (knock on wood) but my dad was driving our 125 last winter and are drive way was pure ice. so we were drifting on it and what not but on one corner we push our snow off the driveway and make a pile there. The yamaha decides its not going to turn for that corner AND also stick the throttle wide open. so he ends up hitting the snowpile sideways and the 125 ends up on top of him. broke a rib/ but noting on the wheeler.

My worst was in about 1988 I was 13 riding my 110 honda full throttle across a field hit a rock stick up mabey 2 inches and rolled several times. I was lucky one of the few times I wore a helmet (I was 13 and it was impossible to get hurt) and it was muddy but mad that hurt. I had that 110 for 6 months and wiped out, got hurt more on that thing than my 200s and 250R I had when I was a teenager over a couple years.

A pretty tame accident to your standards but still a classic trike accident: One summer I was climbing hills on my klt250. The hills were clay-like and filled with tree roots and 4-wheeler ruts(high center). Close to the top of the hill, the massive s on the rear got wedged into the ruts sending the front end up and bucking me off before I could grab the clutch. Like always the trike ended up on top of me and it was still running. This was good news to me since my battery was shot and the trike has no back up start. I flipped the trike back over on her tires but I stalled it. Then without thinking I tried to popstart it on this hill but I made my own path through the bushes and hit a large rock just as soon as the machine fired up. I flipped again. Severe trauma to my pride was the only injury. Trike is fine.

When I was about 13, I had a 110, I live on a dead end street with a canal at the end. I went flying down to the end at full speed and the hi/low transmission shifter popped out(now in neutral) And being 13 yrs old,,, no brakes.
Went flying off into the canal,, the last thing I remembered was my front tire connecting with far side water line.

I did have my helmet on.

I got knocked out,, I woke up 1/2 in the water, and the 110 was upside down floating down the canal.

Years later,, me and friends started going to Croom,, alot of crashes there, we like to climb vert,

Handlebars through the helmet, with broken nose
    Badly cut hand.

Then in my nieghborhood years later

A minor crash,, took out my ACL in my knee.

A new construction site had a fresh pile of soft white sand,, I hit it and mushed over to to the left side and the 350x gently rolled over me and it sounded like my leg broke,, but it was my ACL tearing.

    I still love my 350Xs

I recently gave one of my trikes (185S) to a gentlemen that takes care of my ranch. I tried teaching him for a day until he finally got the hang of it. so a week past, i when i went back he was doing just fine, that night we pounded on brews & the dude couldn't hold his drink, stepped out without saying a word jammed at night on the trike to go buy some brews & on the way back wearing no helmet and holding a 12pk coming back, took a turn hit a ditch & went flying over the trike landing face first scraping one side of his face on the gravel & knarling his knee pretty bad in the process. The next morning I saw him I made sure he was ok first then proceeded to scold the krap out him for being so stupid.... I think he learned his lesson. 9 broken bottles, he came back with 3..
