I've read here that a 250 es will work if you extend the threads and cut off extra but is there another axle that will also work for example 200s?

the big red axle were it bolts to the right fork is bigger than the sx , so thats not gonna help u.. if u didnt find an axle yet pm me...

250es axle will fit, its just a little long and has to be trimmed. My buddy has one on his 86.
