Only the oem's have the light tab to my knowledle. But, if ya know someone who can weld on some alm tabs, you're in bizzz. I have PRM's on all my 3wheelers, and they're products are priced right and always top quality. We need to keep buying items from those companies who still make stuff for these old things and show some love with purchase power. PRM is the only company who still makes a full line of grab bars in many different style choices. This is especially true for Tecates and Tri-z's.

In short. No Neither fit. However you can "make" a Banshee rear grab bar fit, but it wont be pretty when done.

However, aside from PRM...You can run Polaris Predator 500 grab bars on the Tri-Z. They will mount at the rear 4 bolt holes at the subframe that holds the rear tank support bracket.
These Predator grab bars come in a variety of different styles..Desert, Standard, 12 pack racks, ETC..Plus you can open up options for makers..DG,PRM,AC Racing.
To make them fit, you will have to slot the bolt holes slightly in the new 500 Grab Bar, and make a silencer hanger off your frame hole for the old standard stock grab bar..As far as mounting your tail light, it would be very easy to find someone to tig some flatstock aluminum to them for taillight mounts for almost nothing.
The only downfall to running them is, if you loop out or wheelie the Z too hard and smack the Predator grab bar off the dirt, it does take the chance of tweaking the subframe a little since they are mounted at the very rear of the frame.. Dont Wreck I say...
Here is where my long useless list of stuff nobody cares about should go...
