From Hennessey Oklahoma
Been around a little bit doin alot reading, but didnt introduce my bike until I got it done. Its an 1981 atc 200, 12:1 Wiseco piston on 110 gas, ported and polished head along with the intake port matched to a 30mm carb from ebay. Header is a 1 3/8 header off a 200x and the mid pipe is 1 1/2 I bent. Dont laugh at the muffler, its an exhaust resonator off a new 2010 Camaro, I still need to fasten a good hanger for it, what I have now is just temporary. It's also got a 200x front triple clamps, forks and wheel on it. 1st gear was pretty much pointless so I put a 12t sprocket on it.
On the carburetor I had no clue what jet was in it, it was too lean. Started with a 105 jet and if you gave it gas real quick it would stumble. Ive got a 110 in it now and its still a bit on the lean side. This thing has a killer top end, bottom end isnt bad, keeps me from going over backwards but I think I'll end up with a 115 jet. Also had to notch the thumb throttle assembly to get it to go wot.
I took the stock front assembly off and cut off the steering stem, cut it down and machined a piece on my lathe that fit up inside the stock piece and welded it up.
