    200x hybrid

i just trade my ps3 system for a 200x rolling cassis and 2 motors. the motors need alot of work and was wondering... could a 250x motor fit? or maybe a 300ex motor. i was gonna do a 350x in a 300ex frame but i want a trike hybrid.. will it work guys?

ever see how small a yz400-450 motor is? It would be somewhat overpowered, but I bet a 250 4 stroke motor would be great in it, even more compact than the 200x motor also, lighter too.

Anything will work if you put your mind to it. But I think the 200x frames (83-85) are pretty much at there limits with the 200cc engines. The 250x or 300ex engine may have to much power for the frame to handle.

Many hours of fabrication to get anything else in there that performs well.......

First gen 200x? Track down a Lifan 200cc engine and bolt it in and go. I paid $180 for a very low hours Chinese dirt bike and used the engine for my white 200x. Although, it took a few months of Craigslist watching to find it...

Not as much fine as a big more water pumper would be though!
