Looks like a real nice sectional somebody painted red.. Is the headpipe coned or is the headpipe stamped?

what do you mean coned or stamped?
On a full coned sectional all of the bends are made out of pieces of metal welded together to form the bends.. The stamped pipe will be 2 pieces front and back either welded together or crimped.
FMF is stamped, your pipe is a sectional. Some sectional pipes have a stamped headpipe coming out of the cylinder and down around to where it goes up toward the tank.
