1983 250R atc swap to cr 1983 480R top end. Is this possible?

from looking at the underside of the jugs of these 2 engines, via the internet, they look the same. I'm finding more & more honda engines are compatible with each other like my 250sx with a 250x 4 wheeler head on it. I have a spare 250r motor to build this with.

Any feedback or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Almost anything possible if you have the knowledge and the $$$$.
