The green 70 is my friend's. We picked up and delivered the motor to her, yes her, it's a chick's bike, to Glamis. It took a crew of us to fix a few problems but we got the 110 stroker motored 70 going. It sounds good and runs hard. We used a BIG GUN XR50 exhaust. It fit great with no modifications. Here are some pics of my Mini Me and my bud's Pee Wee

Err I just looked at my email address in the post I made before and I realised I made a typo, the correct address should be: HondaATC@3wheelerworld.com instead of HondaAT@3wheelerworld.com My bad.

I was told that this board has had a few owners, I'm sure it was one of the "old" owners. Besides we are just playing around. Come on, we ride 70's how serious can we be? And its mostly vanity that drives us to out-do each other.

Sorry, to answer your question, way too much! But I am getting better I've been seeing a doctor and I'm on med's. The third one I'm doing is going to cost way less than the first two. But its a learning curve. I had fun doing the first two and the third one might be my last for awhile? Not sure? Maybe a full susp. one is in order?

I jsut noticed my kids head is in that shot of the two 70's on the wood pile, funny thing is I originally built Pee-Wee for her, but she is still to small to reach the pedals. She can work the thumb throttle and the brake and kinda steer, but those little legs can't reach the shifter. Heck she is only 2 1/2. But she is in training.

I get that all the time, I have done some for free, well labor, just because they were in our group or freinds. But its just a passion of mine not a hobby or job. I've had folks offer alot of money for some of mine also, not really for sale either. I'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction and help out as much as possible. But trust me it adds up and your better off doing it yourself. Besides thats half the fun. Truth be told, if you can find a COMPLETE, CLEAN, 83,84 OR 85 your more than half way there. Nothing wrong with older ones but those are the years we prefer. Mostly because of the tranny and few extra goodies. I've bought several over the years and gave them to freinds for there own projects. Some turned out very nice. In Glamis almost everyone has had a "stocker" first for the kids then for the adults, then for sale. This is common. We wanted to do something alittle different. We did it for camp bikes, you know social trikes. Are camps are very large and we are lazy, sooooooo.............hence the need for a cool pit bike if you will. Its more of a little gang. We ride in large groups, but on small bikes. Mind you the age runs form early 20's to 52! Maybe older? Some are just kids at heart.

Thought about the 73-74, but it would be kinda a crime, those are spendy and hard to find parts. I might do a complete restore on a 73-74 but pimp'n one, not sure? They are also a pain to work on, some of the things are silly, axle, brakes, etc....and weird. To answer your question, the purple one is a full susp. frame from a company in So Cal that used to make them for kid racers back in the day, its got a swing arm and shock in the rear and mx forks in the front, they are very rare and hard to find, the green one is from the same company but an earlier style. They work great compared to NO susp. but still kinda a novelty iteam, cool still the same.
