ok so i bought a 90 out of a barn this week end cleaned the carb and gas tank fired right up runs great but... 1st and 2nd gear slip/jump. is that a easy fix or? and second question. is the lifan engines on ebay a direct bolt and go and do you just use the stock wirring harness?and can you put the high and low on the lifan engine?thanks kyle

I think the Lifian engines are CDI, so the stock 90 harness would not work as they are for points. I dont think the hi-low fits on the lifian engine either, but not 100 percent on that. Have you tried getting the engine warm and changing the oil? After that, I would try to adjust the clutch engagement. Do a search on clutch adjustment, or read the service manual. It may just be the clutch discs sticking from sitting too long? Also make sure the chain is in good shape. --- Jon.

The sprocket doesnt turn when it skips.and normally you can pull up on the shifter and it like neutral this one doesnt do that it just always pulls? Any ideas
