As far as I am aware, the largest displacement oversize sleeve you can have installed in a stock cylinder (which is what I believe you are asking) is a sleeve large enough to bore out to 295cc. LA sleeve offers one still I believe.
Although not from my personal experience, I have been advised by a VERY reputable 250r builder that large bore sleeves in stock cylinders can sometimes have heat transferring/expansion issues..
