I got my 85 350x for 800. Looks rough but it is my favorite. Only thing it needed was a rear master cylinder.
I traded an 04 YFZ450 that was cursed for the 86. It looks good and needs nothing.

Just picked up 86 Tri-Z, I paid $300 for it last month. Bought it from a buddy who's family was original owner. Its pretty much all there, other than BIlly Bob Mechanical trying to fix little things here in there. Just redid the top end, new gasket kits. Looks like I got water in the oil, very milky, so I have drained and refilled twice but still slightly milk. I am thinking the impeller seal has failed and that is why they parked it. Going to pull the water pump cover and try to replace seal without splitting the case. Does anybody know if this is even possible. I know I need to pin the impeller but do i have to remove engine and split case to get to impeller oil seal? As soon as that is done, Its time to fill it with oil and and gas a see if this monster will come back to life. Then just a matter of replacing all the rusty parts and fadded fenders. My wife thinks Im crazy but I showed her this site and that there were thousands of crazy people just like me.
Just picked up a 70 this morning for $100
