1982 honda restoration NOW WITH PICTURES!

well here is what i got , a 1982 honda 110 its pretty much all original , the tires are in vgc, breaks work alright , motor runs with no issues but leaks oil like crazy. i ordered new front wheel bearings , steering stem bearings , recoil handle , light bulbs for front and rear. i need to still locate a front fender , seat pan and foam and cover, exhuast, rear left mud flap. i plan on rebuilding the motor with new gaskets, oversized piston and rings . i also plan on sand blasting everything and powder coating, i need some help with motor clean up and prep for painting. also the chain that was on it did not have a master link on it , it was a o-ring chain....i had to cut it off. ill post all the pictures i have of the stuff i already did tonight.
thanks again for the help and support on my FIRST restoration.

Very nice ! For engine clean up,,purple degreaser,,castrol,or the auto parts store imitators are even better. Let it soak 5 minutes, blast it with a steam jenny. Or good pressure washer. Then you're ready to blast, scrub, sand polish or just plain reinstall it depending on how fancy you're gonna get. The tabs on the frame can be painted or PC'd/ No problem. You're doing a great job. Can't wait till it all comes together! Exhaust? There is a place that makes damn near every exhaust there is,but I don't have a clue what their name is,or where to start searching.
Please help those who cannot help themselves.

ALWAYS buying Museum quality machines,3 and 4 wheels. And any and ALL ,NOS parts,EVERY brand.

I am turning my PM's Off,my Email is billsracing@hotmail.com,put 3WW in the subject. Thanx!

Denniskirk.com has the DG system, and its about 130, thats the only system I have found during a quick look. I know they made a lot of different brands back in the day, like jardine, super trapp, bassani, cobra, etc. I would check ebay from time to time to find these. Keep in mind the exhaust will make it significantly louder than it is now, but will flow much better. The bike looks great so far, keep up the good work!
