im wantin to paint the rims on my '86 200x black, but ive never painted aluminum. i know with steel, you sometimes gotta scuff it up with sand paper (after you get all the rust/dirt off), to get the paint to stick good. do you have to do the same on aluminum? will the goodpaint even stick to aluminum? or does aluminum have to be powder coated? any advice is greatly appreciated!
