I may be showing my age, but I remember when wooly boogers first came out! At the time, they were the baddest tire around. A lot of the older guys were putting them on their Big Reds and airing them up tall for mudding. I'd say for general purpose, trails, mud and snow, it's still a good tire. I wouldn't try any drifting with them though!

i've got a pair of wooly-booger type tires on my sx. pretty good in mud, snow, and sand. they are fine for average trail riding, but on something spoty like a 200x you might want something a little more like a razr\holeshot type of tire. depends on your riding style.

I wouldn't try any drifting with them though!
x2, they don't slide very good!
86 tri z - might be nearly done throwing money at it! (good thing, the hondas are getting jealous!)
    86 250sx - old reliable
83 atc 70-new project for me and the boy
    another 82 110
a bunch of golf carts for the wife and kids
    -gone but not forgotten-
    82? 110 - why did i sell it??
    84 225dx - meh, it was a pile

    I had some on a 1994 Timberwolf 2wd. I loved them.
