i was jumping the 350x and the front forksare stuck down how do i get them back up do i put air in the caps ontop of the forks

yes thats what i have doen before do it and see if it works you might have bent one of the forks and thats why ts sticking.
looking for a TRI-Z 250 to restore at the moment
