Didn't think anybody would know!!!! I never seen nothing like it myself!!!!!!
If you take the bowl off you can remove the assembly, you'll need a new o ring!

You cant remove the assembly, the whole part the main jet sets in is put on by the factory with a special type of fasteners!! Thats what dont make no since.. there are no orings inside the float area!!! This had to be put in by the factory, what I would really like too know is where you would send it too for factory service? Sudco? Or is it just junk?
thats a new one on me
Your not kidding billy, I have heard nothing good about sudco!! Mybe I will at least call them and see what advice they might ne able too give me on this situation! The carb was new before I tore the motor down for a rebuild, then cleaned the carb and this what I found..
Seems to me it's just a security torx

Ah! Well that's a bummer!! Who ever you got it from, I'd let them know and ask how no one noticed it!! Not to mention how long it might have kept you from riding.
