O haven't pulled it apart yet, wasn't froze and has great compression so figured I would change the oil and try it out. Haha! Yeah none of the 50lbs tires on this one. I have a mountain of those already! Need to check timing and valve clearance won't start yet.
check spark!i bet the stator connections are rusted or the ignitor is bad. very common for them.
