Well with no plastics or an exaust can hardly be 99%. What kind of motor work are we talking about? $950 seems really high for that all to be MIA. You can find a better deal on a whole machine with some goodies on it.

I figured, it sounded ridiculous, 99% and it's missing parts, I'm gonna finish my big red, after that I'll look for something else to play around with, thanks for the info homes.

if it was done nice and not hacked together,maybe 500.00 seeing that it is missing alot of parts. to give you an Idea I built an 85 top to bottom with brand new plastic and couldn't get 1500.00 for it.
