High resistance in your coil, weak or improper gap at your pulse generator, failing ignition module, bad ground on coil, high resistance in spark plug lead, improper plug gap, stator failure or grounding issue...I probably forgot something.

Take your pick. The Honda manuals on the site have pretty good troubleshooting..provided you have a multi-meter.

A weak coil, dirty magnets, bad ground - all the usual electrical issues......
All our government does is distract us while they steal from us, misspend our tax $ and ruin our country

I was told many years ago that the majority of electrical issues can be traced to bad grounding.

What makes you think you have a weak spark?

Well i will hold the plug in my hand and pull the recoil and I have to pull it real hard just to feel a tiny spark in my hand. There's not even enough to see it ark off the frame.

Deffinatly check your ground before tearing into it, if nothing's obvious then i would change your stator coil.
It happened to my 200s when i first got it, weak spark then would shut off when hot... pull it again no spark, did some reasearching and found ''common problem with stator coil'' there only 25-30$ new.

I have like 10 coils and used them all with the same result.

Well if you changed it with the same result, what ive done before to was cut 1/4'' off the end of the plugg wire at both ends, sometimes the ends get burned or dirty..
I absolutly forget who told me this before, it was a member tho!

Make sure your boot is screwed on good. I will sometimes cut just a bit off and screw it back on
