It's always nice to know if they run and go through all the gears.
Anything else is an easy fix.

If you can't hear it run, I assume they are parts machines.
Some of my best riders have started as hopeless parts trikes.

My GF always gets the best machine in the bunch.
    That helps Sometimes.

Not doubting you here! But a Plain Grey stripe is a 82. 200,chain,no rear suspension. 86 is a whole nother game! Dam nice machine! 250 5 spd. Nice $700- $1500. Rear fenders aren't much over $200. Rear diff is what you will pay the most attention too. Starters and stators are also weak points.
Please help those who cannot help themselves.

ALWAYS buying Museum quality machines,3 and 4 wheels. And any and ALL ,NOS parts,EVERY brand.

I am turning my PM's Off,my Email is billsracing@hotmail.com,put 3WW in the subject. Thanx!

Just sit down with her and tell her nicely that you NEED another trike. Hell, back in January my gal was saying I should be on the show hoarders with my 70 collection, then I found 2 more. The big kicker is she bought them for me for my birthday. Lol so you still have hope.

The best part about having a collection(and a wife who doesn't care about wheelers), is that they don't know when you bring a new one home! Last summer I washed one of my 70's, then put it away to wash the Big Red... my wife said "didn't you just wash that?"
