Me old '85 250r rebuild, big bore in mind!!

    Hey hey,
So my old threat is forbidden, that's why this is here.
I was starting to rebuild a nice all original parts '85 250r. Till the guy who bought my old 85r came to me and offered it if I get his '85Z running!! $40 and 8 or so hours later she was alive!
Some how he blew the top end up on the R, 4 cracks in the cylinder and the piston lost the intake skirt!! So the original trikes cylinder is at the machine shop, hope to have it back today! The free R also needed a new rear bearing carrier, axle and anti fade nut! So they r in the mail, I went with a used lone star +4 axle, new lonestar carrier (billet) and a new but painted durablue anti fade nut. They should be here at the end of the month!!
For the engine, I have a keihin PWK A/S 38mm, Boyesen Rad Valve, FMF Fatty (w/powercore) and all new bearings and seals in the bottom end along with a new Hot Rods crank and rod. new sprockets n o ring chain. new brake pads. have swing arm bearings but she doesnt need them. Shes getting bored to 66.5, I'm planning on a 310 ESR for this at some point!!

Once this build is fairly done, I'll start on the other, but it'll be pricey I'm thinking lol ... this current one is already very close to $2000 in parts, the trike was pretty much free!!

Nice trike man! I'm headed down that route, think I might put a 330 or 350 on my spare engine sometime down the road! Just wanna get out riding right now lol!!!

The 83 300r I built, couldn't keep the front tire on the ground, even with 14/37 sprockets, it was annoying!! So for this build I have 15-13/39-37 sprockets.
