    OK. You're just going to have to sand that all off to get the bearings or the races over that stem, that's all.

    The rim looks a lot better, but i would go with an aluminum paint vs a grey paint. Just my .02.

    Chrome powdercoat is pretty nice stuff too. No sanding, no overspray to clean up. Just sandblast and take them in for a coating. Cheaper than good quality paint and lasts a lot longer.
