    are you going to buy any new parts for it? mite want to get a set of bearrings, check the axle for the splines , are you going to sand blast and powder coat or just slap paint on it?

    I am sand blasting them i just have to sneak the parts one by one into work! lol the smaller parts I will use the beedblaster. I have never had anything powder coated before so I will have to do some shopping around I will post the quotes here and see what yall think because I have no idea about powder coating prices!

    mite want to throw the breaks on and take it step by step , but who know thts just .2 cents get everything apart, inspected, preped, powdercoated or painted, and so forth...

    Do u take a part off then take pics then run inside and post on here for every part?? Then go out and take another off then run in and post again??

    Probably be a little more efficient to post up pics after each work session, lol.

    So what is the best way to get the rust of the axle and still keeping the machine look to it? blasting will take off all of the machining finish off so... not sure how to go about it. anyway here is what I have after i got all the gunk off it.
