Have you tried a recording to check your aim Mike? It looks like it might be pointing down a bit too much..

I did that with my camera once before I got the GoPro and recorded 3 hours of riding with my brother and 80% of it is the trail right in front of my trike..

Test run around your yard a bit and realized that your natural head position isn't horizonal but down a bit while you watch the trail in front your machine...I got almost no decent footage of a great ride because I didn't check my level 1st.
