    200x mud tires?

Hello all, just had a quick question. I ride my 200x through some pretty serious rocks and mud, finally blew my old Cheng Shin tires, and was looking for a new set with a pretty aggressive tread. I impulse bought a pair of Maxxis Rubicon 22x12.5x8's that was advertised to fit my trike/rims. They arrived today, have a waaaaaay gnarlier tread than I thought from the pics, and weigh a ton! My question is: Will the tire size, tread, and weight be too much for my trike to handle and put me at risk for a blowing a motor? I'm running an '85 200x with a 10.25:1 .080 over Wiseco piston, DG krome exhaust, and the stock 12/40 sprockets. Additionally, does anyone know where I can purchase an 11 tooth front sprocket? Thanks!

You should be able to get the sprocket from cheapcycleparts.com. It takes them a lil bit on shipping but I just ordered one for my 200s.

I checked them out along with a few other sites. They have the stock replacements for the 200m and 200s (both 11 tooth), but nothing for the 200x. Does anyone know if the bolt patterns are the same?

My biggest question is if I am risking damaging my motor by running such large/heavy tires. I just don't want to put too much strain on it.

Worse case scenario i could order some lighter tires and use the rubicons when I get a 350x

200x 11 tooth sprocket found on ebay and ordered!

Does anyone know if I need to do anything else when I change the front sprocket or if it's just a direct bolt-on?
