Does anybody have 25" tires on a 110?

I was just thinking about this today. I had a atc 90 that I could ride threw some very muddy fields while my buddys on atc 200's and 250es's where cutting down huge ruts and struggling to make it threw. It must have been that the 90 was so light weight that it just road ontop. So it gets me thinking that a light weight bike with big tires could really be a blast to ride. I just looked on the old 3ww and seen the atc 110 weighed 238lb pretty light. Sense its pretty close in size to a atc 90 I figured it would be the better choice then the atc 90 for power. The 125m would be even better but weighs alittle more. So will a 25" tire fit on a 110 front and back? Anybody have pictures of how close they would be to the fenders.

It might fit, but i doubt it. I don't even think my 125m would have the power to turn 25's.

i have a 25 inch on the front of my 110 and 22 dirt devils on the back, i think 25s would fit on the back, but would be awful performance, i lose so much power in mud from the huge tire my light machine has to push through the mud. but with 25's on the rear maybe theyd dig enough to push the front tire...but my personal opinion is the 110 is better off running 22s.

25's and low range should be a good combo... as for the front, you may want to find a 1980 185 front fork(rigid), or an '84-'85 200m fork(suspension) to fit the 25" tire.

Yeah pretty much the same as I was thinking. Front suspension off a 200 will fit the larger tire better and suspension is nearly a must I think. Is there any larger rear sprockets that will fit a 110? I've seen a few cheap 110's for sale recently and I just thought this would be a fun play bike. Wouldn't be to worried about massive amounts of power as i have other bikes to use for towing and such but as long as I could ride it up creek banks and moderate hills on the trails I'd be ok with it.

your question got me thinking, what ever happened to those big oversized tires they used to sell for 3wheelers? i'm not talking the US90 balloon tires either, but these were very close in size, but with regular knobby tread. i believe they were something more like a 24-25/12/8 instead of the normal 22/11/8. anyone else remember them?

I have a 25inch knobby on the front of my 110 and its not too bad, although a 22 would be better. I used to have 25inch mudlites on the back and it did hurt the performance pretty bad. Not bad in low range as long as your not going uphill at all. Also the added height in the rear made it a little tippier but not dangerously or anything. Very tight clearance to the plastics to the point that it will damage them.
