i took my 185s headoff to change the gasket and i saw that the hole was about twice the size it shouldbe. this wheeler has always made extra noise in the valve train. do you think this could be why? and should ibuy a new head for it?

I and other members have discovered this on our machines also..probably due to improper installation or reinstallation by previous owner.
It would be the source of noise if it is causing your camshaft to be mis-aligned..but then again there would certainly be visible damage to the camshaft if that were the case.

I don't know if a 200x head will fit, but I have one and it will be for sale to you if you can find out if it fits. Shortline 10 would probably know. The head is in good condition and it has valves, just missing two of the valve retaining clips but those are super cheap on bike bandit.
