Honda 110 question

i have a honda 110 and started it up for the first time in a while. It wouldnt idle for long. I noticed a hose/line off the left side of the carb hanging there. not the drain line. Is that not supposed to be plugged into something. I Dont see a retainer for it or a guod clip. It has to go somewhere. Exhaust? I think that hose needs vaccuum on it but I cant see anything to hook it up to.

I think I found the problem, the small horseshoe shaped clip that holds
the main pin in the neck of the carb had come loose. It seems to be idling as smooth as ever. Cleaned the carb while I had it apart. All is well. Back to the yamaha.
