    kx100 trike!

hi guys i have 5 full size trikes but have wanted a ring kicker small trike for years....so im building this...

here ive set up the standard swingarm in my chassis jig,its a global jig motojig, its for bending motorbike frames back into shape after youve had a stack, you can also build in it,here i have put the scheibner laser geometry machine on to measure all the referance points of interest, namely the space where the engine fits, the centre or the rear tyre and the offset of the rear sprocket...you can see the laser measuring dot on these points.

glad you like it!I have a cnc machine centre here at work so i will be making a set of triples(with the shaft hole bored on an angle to get the castor scrub radius right for a trike) i will be using a quad front wheel/brake set up retaining the original USD forks from the KX100

x2 on the kit concept; if you sold a set of triple tree clamps and a swinger set up as a bolt on 'kit', I can bet there would be a solid handful of the members here who would buy one. Myself in cluded

looks great man, cant wait to see the stance once its on three wheels

the thought did cross my mind to make kits....the prob is you need the rear axle, wheels and brakes from an atomik quad bike (its a chinese quad bike that may have a different name in other countries)
