im getting ready to order rims for my 250sx and they are 12x7 2-5 backspace wanted to make sure thats 2in the hub then 5in to outer rim!!! thanx for any info I appreciate it!!

Are you putting 25" tires on a 250sx? Thats the only thing that will fit a 12" wheel. And yes, you are correct about the offset.
I would NEVER put bigger tires on an sx, the transmission, and differential will take a beating. Stick with 22's!

thanx for the info !!!yes I don't get to ride much. its mainly my hunting 3 wheeler. putting the kenda executioner 25x10x12 need more ground clearance for the places I go. I ride my auto x a lot.
