    westcoast the company....

Hey I was researching and found this link....
    http://www.westcoastinc.com/

Is this the company that made the aftermarket stuff for the atc and/or 3 wheelers? If so has anyone tried to contact them? And If you did how was the reception on how they would talk to you? ( sorry sometimes you get folks who just dont know, or just wont talk to ya) Did they have any info on some the older product they made? Thx Jen

I think thats the same company..

If I remember correctly, someone on here did contact them. I think the story goes that the Original owner who made all the cool stuff for our trikes is gone, and his son or nephew took over the buisness and has zero interest in the old products that they used to make. I think they now focus more on automotive parts or something...

Ange, Actually that is the Cal-fab story. I have also talked to Westcoast but the people I spoke with knew that they used to do ATV stuff but were not very cooperative with providing info. Jeb may have had better contact than me as I believe he was able to get stickers from them for his swingarm.

There was a guy on e-bay about a year ago that had about 15 swingarms for sale. He said that he bought the remaining stock that Westcoast had. I ended up buying one from him. Later on, i got to thinking about it, and e-mailed him to see if he had any more left, but he sold them all. I bet Westcoast still has some stickers and stuff laying around though.
Still looking for an "original" TC dual plug head for a 200X!

They were very nice. I wrote to westcoast in 2000 and got some stickers for one of my WestCoast Tecate Swingarms I restored. They also sent me a giant decal like you'd put on a truck or something. Free of charge.

Catfishwhisker, thats the guy I got my Z swingarm from. brand new.

I was looking at their engineering page. If I lived in California, It would be awesome to work for them.
