Fix it or part it? 80 atc 110

Picked this up tonight. No tank but says everything else there. Top end is "disassembled" in boxes. Seat/fender has "custom" lift to keep fenders of Carlisle Strykers. Manual, extra wheels with wasted tires and cobra muffler! Can anyone tell me if the header pipe is stock or part of the cobra system? So looks like top end, tank, and some electrical work to be done. I believe I can do everything myself so what do ya think I'm looking at $ wise just to make it a runner? I realize it will just be a ballpark figure. Or am I better off posting it in pieces in the classified?

i would fix it up. 110's you can get cheap parts. also i believe many tanks fit it also same with engines and what ever you need. you can get those piston kits off ebay for like 50 bucks sometimes its hard to find those round tanks unless someone has one on here or you go with a later generation tank
