Umm...I Don't Know About That;Altought It's Possible For Someone To Have 2 Ebay Accounts Or A Friend Bidding On It,He Could Lost Money,
Bike Have Not Reserve,So If No One Else Bid,At Auction Ends,Ebay Will Consider Bike Sold,So He Will Have To Pay Ebay The Posting Fee Or File A Nonpaying Bidder..What Would Hurt One Of The Accounts !
My Take Is That,,Yes,,They Feel The Bike Cost That Much.
.....Finger Hurts From Typing :-D
The atc 70's are very popular, and hold there value. Just finding the people to buy them at that price is a little harder.

ATC70's definately hold a good value if kept in great condition.
I had a 72 CT70H MiniBike (CT70's had the same engine as the atc70, but the H model were a manual clutch 4 speed) that was $300 brand new, Sold it for $1800! I couldve got alot more too. It was about Mint Condition. ATC70's are the same way!
