need a little advice on whether to buy 350x

i live up in northern maine and nice trikes are pretty hard to come by esp a 350x. i ran across one that has supposedly been redone. the guy seems legit and the trike is nice but im not sure how much somethin like this is worth. it runs and just from the pics how much do you think i should pay for it?

My area that would be about a $1500 trike but the seller would prolly be asking $2500.

Ill second that notion!! $1800 at the most, if it runs with no smoke or noises.

thanks guys! that is pretty much what he wants for it. i guess its got an extended axle, new swing arm and tires. also the motor was rebuilt a year ago

Oh - nice and clean. $1500 ish. Go in with eyes open:
- aftermarket fenders on the back and no "mud flap"?
- missing rear skid plate
- no parking brake
- no plastic on front brake line
- nice Super Trap

Check all the normal things like tank rust (inside), all bearings, chain/sprockets, and crankcase holes in front of the drive sprocket.

A clean looking original 350X that looked brand new was listed and sold within one week in Vancouver BC Canada for 2500. Lets hope you picked it up Good luck....

I picked it up couldn't help myself! It's quite the bike. It's got the swing arm extended 2 inches and an extended dura blue axle. New tip star ties, he put on a 4 tooth smaller sprocket on back with a slightly larger on front. It also has a mild cam with freshly ported valves. I'm ofically hooked to trikes haha
