Gotta love ambulence chasers. In one part I read how they say these cases can be "personally fullfilling" or some BS like that. Should be "personally wallet filling". 
How could anybody think these guys really care about the safety of the public. they want you to get hurt.
I can somewhat understand if you're riding a 4 wheeler and the frame welds break and it severly injures you or accidents caused by materials or manufacturing flaws. But it can be totally the rider at fault and they still sue and win.
