    oh well! price was good. the only spot of rust is some surface rust on the tank. inside of the tank looks great. it looks like ill be stocking some parts and doing a tear down this winter. ill ride it the way it is for now. ill see how my budget is (what the wife doesnt notice i spend!) and go from there. id like to go black plastics, frame, and seat with blue trim all around. but all of that would cost more then the trike did! choices choices...

    well ive had this trike for a few weeks now.

    i dont believe that the plastics are 200x plastics. the seat is obviously mangled but the plastics do not match the tank at all. the side tabs that hug the tank do not match, they have an odd shape to them obviously for a different tank. there is a number on the bottom that ive been meaning to look up but haven't remembered to yet.

    Just get some used plastics off of ebay or craigslist. You can also buy new (maier still makes them).

    that is not the original front tire because this 200x is an 83, 84, or 85. only the 86-87 had a pv 101 (the one in the pic) as the front. but i agree with everyone, a 200x with 250sx decals
