ok guys i bought rear bearings for my 85 350x as i noticed last time i ran it it was making noise, well in getting it apart i trashed the bearing carrier i need to know as soon as possible will a 86 carrier work in a 85 rear end??????????? thanks jake

It will work but you have to change the rear sproket and sprocket bolts to 86 also. The 86 sprocket has tappered holes, and the bolts are tappered also so they fit flush in the sprocket.
