Tri-Z blowing fuel

Anyone here ever have a problem with fuel blowing out of the overflow tube that goes through the steering stem on a tri-z? For some reason my bike started running like crap and when I am on it hard I am blowing fuel out of that tube. How would the fuel tank be getting pressure? I haven't dug to deep into it yet and i am just looking for any opinions. Thanks

Had the exact same problem once. I couldn't get the carb to adjust. I thought it was the fuel pump going bad. Nope none of the above. The top of the carb had slowly twisted itself off from engine vibration. I didn't notice it at first because of the rubber boot on the top. Good luck.
