Clarke is odd; Some of their stuff fits dead nuts. Others need some dremel work and washers to make them fit.

IDK if IMS makes that tank but all their tanks seem to an excellent fit for me.

I had to inflate the Clarke tank on my 350x to make it fit over the front mounting rubbers. Air nozzle through the cap vent, worked fine. The other issues I had... barely tucked into the front mounting area after sliding back to bolt it in the rear, and the tank was visibly shorter than a stock one... it looked weird (too far back from the front forks) until I put on Maier Super Scoops to make it look longer. Oh yeah, and you can't put stickers on them!

All is OK now - I had to "re-invent" the rear 250R tank mount, and the JB Water Weld worked mint. All I have to say is this - at least Clarke is making the tanks. If they stopped, many would be screwed. I'd rather have issues with an aftermarket tank, than no tank at all. I won't bite the hand that feeds me so to speak.

It's yellow - but it did not hold up to TF. I am going to try plastic weld next. Here is the bike:
