Will any 200 top end bolt on to a first gen 200x bottom end? If so any issues related to this?

The day begins with 3WW
any "honda" 200cc top end is swapable. the difference is compression, and the non-200x heads have a de-compression lever of some sorts. other than that they are the same. you coudl evne down size (not sure why) to a 185s as well.
