    No fuel, Re clean the carb. You wont believe how many times I had to, the jets keep blocking up. I cleaned the gas tank and putt on a LOT of new paper fuel filter till it was clean, then put on a new one. 4 of my dx's did it I was SO p-off but that worked for me, I wasted a lot on the filters tho.     there is a jet in the float bowl called the starter jet, it can be the bane of your existence if it is plugged, also it is a pain to get out. look on the carb diagram that I linked for you and you will see where it is, if you cant get it out run a torch tip file in it till it is unplugged, and blow compressed air through it, also, check the float height you might not be getting enough fuel in the carb to get it to start. These mikuni carbs can be a major pain, but in the end once you have figured out all the quirks they are not all that bad.

    Thank you I always wanted to know what a starter jet was, I could never figure it out lol. thanks.
