They are neat! I know of one near me. They put a new Chonda engine in it... Well thats what we call them, they are a chinese clone of the Honda horizontal shaft engine. The one they put in is a Durostar 13hp with electric start, it has a stator for charging the battery and lights. Pretty neat build really! I have one of the Duromax engines thats a Honda GX clone on my snowblower, good OHV copies that run strong. If you could get it cheap you could put in a nice honda clone for about $200-$300 depending on the size you went with. Or maybe modify it for a real Honda engine out of a trike.. They are neat old inbetweens, a lot of companies made similar, i have seen some farm owned ones that looked homebuilt but actually had a company nametag on them, square tubing frames and such. Look like they were built by someone who builds go-karts but work great.
